Joanne Castillo is a 15 year Air Force veteran and the owner of Infalible Fit who focuses on helping clients lose weight by understanding the underlying reasons why they might be struggling in the first place. Instead of just looking for the perfect diet or workout routine, she places a priority on creating a strong mind and positive habits. This seems to be a more common and positive trend in the overall weight loss and wellness industries and so I was excited to hear her take on it. From the first time we talked over the phone I was stoked to get her on the podcast, as she’s incredibly genuine and focused on helping others through the tools she’s learned by helping herself. In this conversation we talk about joining the Air Force in order to escape her prior life and build discipline, about her experience as an entrepreneur in the fitness industry as a personal trainer, her side-passion with writing and producing hip hop music, where the name Infalible came from, and why she’s bringing it back. Joanne wants her story to be the sounding board for others to see the possibility of change in their own lives. And she has good reason for that, because her story is authentic and inspiring.
